'Crowns of Thorns' are made of Honey Locust branches available for purchase

'Crowns of Thorns' made of Honey Locust branches available for purchase
The N2God Store is presently taking orders for homemade 'Crowns of Thorns' for Lenten reflection at home, school or Parish. The crowns of thorns are handmade with Honey Locust branches grown on Powell Farm near Valley Center, Kansas.

They measure approximately 14" x 14" in diameter, the thorns are about 3" long.  You will find that your crown will be very realistic in relation to our Lord's 'Passion Crown of thorns' described in Scripture. Luckily the thorns do not contain any toxin, however can be dangerous for both people and pets. Price for one crown $33.00 plus postage if US mailed.

Thank you in advance for everything you do for Christ our King! May your crown of thorns be a reflection and insight of the greatest love ever.

Please send your orders with contact information and/or questions to www.stwant2be@aol.com To be in touch with you soon.

Good time & God time on Thursdays at the N2God Store

The Women's Cursillo group is going great on Thursdays at the N2God Store. We began meeting on Thursdays in August and it has certainly been both good times and God times. My prayer for a regular committed group of friends would gather to share faith has been answered beautifully. We meet on Thursdays, 5:30 - 7 p.m. We hope to share time together at Eucharistic Adoration soon.

Our Cursillo group is open if there is someone who would like to join us. You may wish to come for a taste of the 'Cursillo way of life'. Brochures & applications to make a Cursillo weekend are available. The next Women's Cursillo is October 23 - 26, 2013; begins on Thursday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon.

The Open Saturday sign needed to be removed from the front door for the time being. On weekends we have finally focused on some of our home projects. Putting some time, care and attention toward tasks that we can not put off any longer. The good news, you can visit and shop at online at 2God.com. We've added some new very beautiful art. Visit for inspiration & shopping for those special gifts you may be looking for at http://www.n2god.com/

Thank you & bless you.
Happy Sunday!

Something 'much more' Cursillo group reunion with sisters

'We all got mail' a St. Valentine's card from God. He loves me and you so very much...all life long. A little chocolate candy bar was tucked and there is just enough time to enjoy it (for the friend who shared she's giving up chocolate for Lent). What a blessing the Cursillo Group Reunion was. We share the 'good confession' and become more inspired. I especially loved having my daughter come. Her heart over flowing with love for ALL of her family.

When Carolyn shared that she used to have a pair of wooded shoes and tried one on and it fit....like Cinderella...they were instantly hers.

'Always time for tea. Time with friends is never wasted.'

'Will you accept this rose?'
Pass it on library..... some real treasures of inspiration to share. No cost.

TGIF Christmas is coming....

'Little matchbox' Christmas ornaments

This morning it was so much fun visiting some of your blog spots. I'm getting the Christmas Spirit. Thank you for inspiring me by what you are doing to prepare for Christmas.

Getting geared up to do some Christmas crafting tomorrow at the N2God Store, Saturday December 9th  at 10 am. The little match box ornaments are the cutest, everyone is unique as you place the little treasure of your choice inside. (some pictured above). Come join me if you can. The first time I opened one of these delightful little boxes...my heart melted. So sweet to see the little baby Jesus laying on the little bed of straw. The other Christmas craft idea I've planned is making 'Wintertime Welcome cones' with embellishments...birds...berries...and greenery. I'll do my best to 'show and tell' and create a post later.

It's Friday and I have a long to-do list around our farm house. I've promised myself I would 'put up' our Nativity scene later this afternoon. We'll see if my plan works out as I would like for it to look really wonderful. We picked up a bale of straw for the dog house last week. The manger will be padded nicely. Of course I waited too long and let some gentle warm days past by. It's cold outside! Maybe I'll make some hot coco and enjoy the warmth of our fire place when I get finished....oh OK....when I get some of my 'to do' list finished.

Friends...I hope you have the best weekend imaginable!

'The Pass It On' books to share shelves

'The Pass It On' books to share shelves

'The Pass It On' books to share shelves are open. One of the quests for the N2God Store has always been and remains to help share God's love . Store Hours are noted on home page  (on right).

Being an avid collector of books for inspiration, it's time for me to share.

There are good reads for everyone.  I thought it would be fun and interesting to feature one book each month.  You may find surprises and insight on the shelves and 'new' ways to enjoy your life.

Story Time for children

Would you like to help me (just leave a comment) and I'll be in touch with you.  My promise is that I will value you and your time here. Thank you in advance.

'Featured Book for November'
Life without Strife by Joyce Meyer
How God can heal and restore troubled relationships. Today the spirit of strife and contention is destroying churches, marriages and families. In Joyce's book you can discover how to forgive quickly in difficult situations and how spiritual power is released through unity and harmony.
